Detectors are analyzed the day they are received at the lab and results are available by phone, fax or e-mail that same day! CONSUMERS, kit includes PREPAID ADDRESS LABEL to return kit to RTCA. Each charcoal canister contains activated charcoal. Radon is adsorbed onto the charcoal and then measured at our lab by counting with a sodium iodide detector.
